Animals:   Animal waste is a continuing problem at Evan’s Landing.  We all love our pets.   Pets are not irresponsible, owners are.  Please clean up after your animal(s).  This means going out and picking up the solid waste your pets deposit on the grounds, on your deck, or anywhere else and properly disposing of it.  Proper disposal does not include hosing or sweeping it off your deck into the yard where it will eventually end up in our pond contributing to the algae development.
