Parking:  We have limited room for vehicles.  Please understand that long term parking outside is not permitted. The Evans Landing public parking areas are not for long term storage of extra cars. Each unit is allowed up to two cars, with at least one being parked in your personal driveway/garage.   While we understand that space may be limited, you can always avail yourself of the long term outdoor vehicle storage or indoor storage at the commercial storage facility located on the south end of Harold Drive.  As per the bylaws, “…no more than one automobile or other vehicle customarily used for transportation shall be kept outside a closed garage on the condominium property by persons residing in a unit…”

Plowing and Salting:  We have arranged for a different company to plow and salt our roads and driveways.  We hope you will like this service better than last year’s services.  Please try to leave room around vehicles when possible to help the plow service have better access to the grounds.  Please do not place obstructions in your driveway. This includes garbage for extended periods and yard decorations.  Also, make sure that your garbage is secured from the wind and animals. This will not only prevent your driveway from being cleared, it also affects your neighbor who shares the area with you.  If a portable obstruction is in the way and can be moved, it will be moved.
